New Scents in the New Year & Double Hostess Rewards

As you can tell, its been a while since I've updated my blog. The past few months have been crazy! I'm so glad things are finally beginning to slow down and a new year is approaching. My resolutions are to devote more time to my Scentsy business and prepare for the new baby! I have 5 months before life gets a little bit more complicated. I'm looking forward to the new addition but have to admit that I'm pretty nervous as well! Running after a toddler without a newborn is hard enough...but with one??? Should be...fun?

Well, until then, I've got other things to focus on! Namely, Scentsy! January brings with it some new scents and some great deals so you definitely don't want to miss out.

Some of you may remember the Bring Back My Bar promotion that happened for one month only this past July. Well, Scentsy is doing it again! For the month of January, 20 of Scentsy's most popular "retired" scents are returning as Scentsy bars. These fragrances were chosen by more than 400,000 votes from dedicated fragrance followers. You never know when or if these fragrances will return, so if any of these sound good to you, stock up now!

Always - Burst of fruit followed by velvety vanilla and sandalwood.
Baked Brown Sugar - Warm brown sugar mixed with nutmeg.
Berries and Bubbly - Sweet strawberry aroma with champagne.
Bubblegum - The true scent of baseball-card bubblegum - sugar & cotton candy with a hint of mint.
Carrot Cake - Irresitstably sweet, warm, nutty, and spicy, just like carrot cake.
Cherry Clove Chutney - Crushed bing cherries, cloves & cinnamon.
Clary Sage - Fresh floral bouquet with hints of lavendar and lilac.
Falling Leaves - An earthy blend of clove, cinnamon & patchouli.
Flower Shop - Just like walking into a flower shop.
Fresh Cut Grass - Like a freshly cut fairway on a cool summer morning.
Grape Vine - Like sweet grape juice or a full-bodied Cabernet.
Huckleberry Heaven - Like Grandma's huckleberry jam.
Lavendar Vanilla - Relaxing mist of hillside lavendar, vanilla beans, orange zest, & patchouli.
Pearberry - Smooth blend of delicious pears and raspberries.
Raisin Spice Tea - Enchanting blend of musk, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon & vanilla.
Redwood & Cedar - A fresh scent with texture, warmth & sensuality reminiscent of a cedar closet.
Sandalwood & Cranberries - Exotic sandalwood, sweet cranberries & spice.
Toasted Apple Butter - Creamy butter blended with ripe apples accented with rich spices.
Vanilla Oak - Simple and classic blend of smooth french vanilla and woody oak.
Wasabi Ginger - Spicy notes of wasabi blended in perfect harmony with fresh ginger.

In addition to the Bring Back My Bar promotion, Scentsy is also offering double 1/2 price hostess rewards!! How awesome is that? So, if your party totals $150-249, you earn TWO (instead of one) half price hostess rewards in addition to your 10% of free product. If your party totals $250-349 you get FOUR 1/2 price rewards in addition to 10% of the total in free product, and at $400+ you get SIX 1/2 price rewards plus 15% of your party total in free product. Now tell me THAT isn't worth hosting a Scentsy party in January! You don't even have to have a party in your home. Ask me how you can earn these same rewards by hosting a basket party. Its super easy!

And of course, Scentsy did not forget that Valentine's Day is the next holiday to prepare for. The Hugs & Kisses warmer is available at 10% of ($27) during the month of January.

Pair it with a romantic scent, like Satin Sheets, and you have a great Valentine's Day gift.

Or you could try these combinations:

For the Young at Heart
+ You Go, Girl ($5)
Enchanted Warmer ($25)

For the Hopeless Romantic

+ My Wish ($4.50 for January only)
Margot Warmer ($27 for January only)

For Your Littlest Sweetheart

+ Black Raspberry Vanilla (included with Scentsy Buddy)
Scentsy Buddy ($25)

In addition to all of Scentsy's awesome promotions, I'm contemplating one of my own. I haven't figured out all the details yet so definitely stay tuned! I'll let you know the details as soon I have them.

Thanks for reading and have a Happy New Year!!
